1. Returns: Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns for online purchases. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
2. Refunds: a. Spa Services: We do not offer refunds for spa services through our online store. Please contact the spa directly. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
b. Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
c. Retail Products: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund upon verification of the issue.
3. Cancellations: a. Spa Services: To cancel a spa service appointment, kindly notify the spa directly at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
