Spa Policy
Our staff have dedicated themselves to promote the well being of others. We want each of our guests to go home satisfied, so we ask that you follow these few, but important rules of Spa Etiquette.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This ensures that your treatment is started on time.
Late Arrival
Please be on time. Late arrival will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. Bookings are time sensitive.
Concerns
Please let us know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Our goal is for your experience to be positive. We can only make corrections if we are aware of the problem at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
The treatment(s) you’ve selected are reserved especially for you. We require a credit card or gift card when booking more than one service or package to ensure your booking is secured. To avoid being charged for your appointment we require 48 hours cancellation notice. No charge will be applied at the time of booking, however, in the event that the appropriate 48 hours cancellation notice is not given, a 50% charge will be applied to your credit card or gift card to accommodate staff. Thank you!
Cell Phones
For the consideration of all guests, please turn off all cell phones while you are in the spa.
Children Services
Children are welcome at Body & Soul Day Spa, however for the enjoyment and in consideration of other guests, children (even when receiving services themselves), must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Assistance
If a client needs additional help, it is important that a caregiver is present during their appointment.
Update Client Information
Please tell our Reception of any changes since your last visit. A new phone number could result in not receiving a confirmation call for an upcoming appointment.
Health Considerations & Instructions
We want you to enjoy a safe, nurturing and relaxing experience at Body & Soul Day Spa. If you have any medical conditions such as allergies, asthma, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical conditions we should be aware of please let us know. Certain spa services may have to be modified for you or may not be appropriate. Please inform us if you are taking any skin thinning drugs or have any medical conditions, i.e.: recent surgeries, hypertension or if you are or think you may be pregnant. If you are unsure about booking a service, we will be happy to consult with you by phone or in person.
Valuables
Please leave your valuables at home or make sure they are locked away in the lockers provided. At Body & Soul Day Spa we can not assume any liability for valuables left unattended.
Gratuities
Gratutities are not added into any spa services. Gratutities may be given at your descretion in appreciation for services provided. Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuities.
Delivery of online purchases
Purchases may be picked up at our Spa location or at your request are mailed out.(usually within 24 hours)
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect: General
When you register for the Newsletter and make purchases from our Spa Boutique, we collect personally identifiable information from you that may include name, age, address, e-mail address. All information is on a secure password protected database which is not connected to the internet. We do not keep credit card information on file. We never share information with third parties.
